Stallholders

Interested in having a stall at this year’s show? 

All pitches including food court are outdoors. 

All pitches are 3 metres deep and everything must fit within this e.g. gazebos and their guy ropes. Pitches will be allocated on first come first served basis and no specific position can be guaranteed although we will try our utmost to accommodate requests. 

Stallholders must hold public liability insurance and where relevant, Food Hygiene Rating Certificate. These should be emailed with the booking form.

STALLHOLDER – TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  1. Stallholders may only enter the site from 8am at the Okewood Hill Punchbowl Pub gate. You must observe a maximum of 5m.p.h speed limit at all times. 
  2. Stalls must be set up and all vehicles moved off the site by 11am. Please use the exit through the Village Hall entrance on Honeywood Lane. 
  3. Free parking for one vehicle only is reserved in the field opposite the Village Hall. Entrance. It is used at the owner’s risk; this is a working field and is not level. Parking permits will be issued and must be displayed. 
  4. Please note that vehicle movement of any kind is not allowed until 5pm to comply with health and safety rules. Stall Holder vehicles will not be allowed to re-enter the showground until 5pm, entry through the Punchbowl gate only. Please exit all vehicles through the Village Hall gate. 
  5. Two people maximum are allowed on your stall free of entry charge. Passes will be issued on arrival. All others must pay the entrance fee. 
  6. All stallholders are expected to show respect to each other and to the Flower Show volunteers. Those who do not will be asked to leave. 
  7. Smoking is not allowed on the Showground. 
  8. You are required to take your rubbish home with you – pitches should be left 100% clean and clear. 
  9. Stallholders must comply with all legal requirements relating to the items being sold e.g. CE Mark in respect of toys, CPL for candles etc. Please use environmentally friendly products where possible! 
  10. Food stalls must have a current Food Hygiene Rating Certificate. Please send a copy with your booking form. Certificates to be displayed on show day. 
  11. All stallholders who are operating as a business (self-employed/sole trader or company) must have their own insurance in place at time of Show. The Okewood, Ockley and Forest Green Flower Show Committee will not be responsible for any loss of, or damage to any stallholder’s property or person. A copy of the Public Liability Insurance Certificate should be sent with the booking form. 
  12. Any electrical goods being used must hold an in-date PAT test certificate 
  13. Please be aware there may be unaccompanied children at the Show so please do not sell dangerous or inappropriate items to children.
