Requirements
Heat oven to 180ºC (160ºC fan oven), 350ºF, Gas Mark 4.
Recipe: 3 large eggs + their weight in butter, caster sugar and self-raising flour.
Method: Mix all ingredients in bowl and beat thoroughly. Divide mixture evenly
between two well-greased sandwich tins and bake until golden brown.
